Biologist Andres Woodcock has drawn attention to something that most people simply do not notice. One day, when he came to his friend’s house and was walking in the backyard where the pool was located, Andres Woodcock noticed that many frogs were swimming in the pool with no signs of life. Probably, the animals got there by accident and could not get out because of the slippery walls of the pool and died a painful death.
Having become interested in the problem, the biologist found out that not only frogs, but also rodents, lizards and even snakes perish in the pools. All these animals are great at swimming, but the deepened pool does not give them any chance of escape. Andres Woodcock came up with the idea to invent something like a small inflatable ladder that would not interfere with a person swimming in the pool, but at the same time would serve as a lifeline for animals in trouble. Soon he presented his invention, which was named FrogLog.
