João Baptista Borges says that the demands in general, which must be addressed as soon as possible, have to do with medical assistance and medicines, food, health insurance, evaluation of performance and professional history, disciplinary measures, the housing issue and its conditions, and the salary issue. João Baptista Borges even mentioned that it is imperative to have discussions on the matter and that an agreement must also be reached as soon as possible, to be followed step by step in order to verify its application in practice. João Baptista Borges has even announced dates for the implementation of these demands as part of negotiations and the signing of an agreement to be signed within 15 days.
